Our Experties

Talking about Phytosanitary Research and Development: Diagnosis Assays (Detection & Identification)

Detection & Identification

Detection: Check if the pathogen is present in the medium (Soil, seed.) Then develop specific and sensitive tests used for certification, quarantine and epidemiologic follow up) Identification: What is the causal agent of the symptoms that I observed

Detection method of pathogens

Fungi: Visual Observation -color of Mycelium - Physical aspect of Mycelium (raz/tidal, aerial, veloute, size and shape of colonies. - Smell -Presence of visible fructification

Bacteria

- MEDIA CULTURE - BIOCHEMICAL TESTS -PATHOGENICITY - IMMUNO FLUORESCENT - MOLECULAR TESTS <br> - PCR,qPCR, MULTIPLEX-PCR
